Adamjee Property Company and Gulf  Oil South Africa tasked AMPM Projects with the conversion and renovation of an existing building . The 1626.74 m2 space includes 3 stories open office space, a fitness center and accompanying amenities. The design and flow of the building match the general aesthetic of the accompanying office blocks and includes Moorish arches and details to match.
