Longlakes Logistics was envisaged as a blend of traditional warehousing with a contemporary South African aesthetic. The facility situated on the outskirts of Sandton CBD, boasts 2420m2 of storage and 300m2 of office space. Services for stages 1 (Project Inception) to stage 6 (Construction) were provided during this project which included approved council submissions and construction drawings.
